IPO Jobs description
An IPO professional conducts rigorous planning & management activity and works with the global IPO network to drive IPO activity, facilitates and ensures individual and team roles and responsibilities are understood - performance measurement objectives are identified, measured and monitored on an on-going basis in order to provide positive feedback on accomplishments and to ensure immediate action is taken to address shortfalls. An IPO professional provides support for the preparation of statutory accounts, tax returns and other reports required by government regulations and deals with auditors, external accountants, and others on financial matters, as company spokesperson. An IPO professional develops applications for company, ensures the development, implementation, compliance with and maintenance of company financial accounting policies and systems in accordance with GAAP.An IPO professional requires a university degree in a financial management discipline, or equivalent IPO experience; and should have broad knowledge of and ongoing awareness of accounting principles and regulations governing business accounting and taxation rules. An IPO professional must have excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and listening skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences, including non-technical.
