Home Underwriting Jobs description
A home underwriting job involves advising, instructing, and assisting individuals and families engaged in agriculture, agricultural-related processes, or home economics activities about underwriting process. A home underwriting professional attends to appointments with homeowners to complete inspections. A home underwriting professional demonstrates procedures and applies research findings to solve problems; instruct and train in product development and sales. A home underwriting professional ensures that workflow and distribution is adhered to, and that the underwriting services team provides a first class service to internal and external stakeholders, with prompt, professional timed responses to all enquiries and requests. A home underwriting professional develops and manage relationships with producers, carrier underwriters and team members and acts as a resource for underwriting questions or issues maintain current knowledge of carrier underwriting guidelines, includes county agricultural agents, feed and farm management advisers, home economists, and extension service advisors.A home underwriting professional requires a bachelor's degree or relevant experience. A home underwriting person should have strong problem-solving, oral, written communication and negotiating skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks; Knowledge and ability to assess medical and financial risk, and possessing selling skills may be required.
