OverviewnThe AmeriCredit Field Dealer Relationship Manager is responsible for service and support of all Non GM franchises dealers and associate Americredit/**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. products. This team member will provide quality customer service by satisfying the business needs of the dealers, manufacturer partners and Americredit/**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.. This team member`s overall responsibility will be to develop dealer relationships that generate contracts according to Americredit/**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.u2019s established credit risk and profitability models. n  nResponsibilitiesnJOB DUTIESn nSalesnn Demonstrate the value proposition of Americredit/**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. to assist the dealer to sell more new and used vehicles. n Effectively manage and market assigned dealer relationships to achieve all quality, pricing and volume objectives. n Support and market all Americredit/**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. products.n Maintain effective communication with dealers and appropriate internal partners. n Develop business plans to align with corporate goals.n Achieve Field DRM key performance criteriann nAccount Managementnn Act as a liaison between dealer and FundsNow to resolve any funding issues. Work with the Funding Managers and Team Leaders. n Analyze dealer-specific data using reporting tools and take appropriate action. n Identify and resolve dealer issues presenting excessive risk to Americredit/**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***., i.e., portfolio issues, fraud, buy-back, dealer agreement violations, dealer personnel, etc.n Responsible for collection of monies owed to Americredit/**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***..nn nOTHER IMPORTANT DUTIES:nn Other duties as assigned. n Promote a culture of teamwork, excellence and integrity.nn nREPORTING RELATIONSHIP:nReports to: Regional Sales Manager nDirect Reports: None  nQualificationsnKnowledgenn Knowledge of dealership operations and indirect auto finance industry preferred. n Working knowledge of preferred.nn   n nSkills    nn Strong interpersonal and people skillsn Must possess the ability to make consistent quality decisionsn Ability to meet with senior level managersn Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.n Able to meet deadlines and establish objectives.n Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills. n Must be proficient in computer software such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.nn nExperience    nn 1 to 2 years of prior credit underwriting experience preferred. n 1 to 2 years of successful sales experience preferred. n High School Diploma or GED requiredn Bachelor`s degree preferred. nn nWORKING CONDITIONS:nSome overnight travel required.
