Chubb Insurance Solutions Agency, (CISA), a Chubb owned fully licensed agency, manages the distribution of all Chubb products on behalf of North American Field Operations. CISA manages the Chubb Access Program, which helps newly appointed agents develop their Chubb relationship into a full, direct appointment. The agency also provides surplus lines licensing services for Chubb agents, and also administers programs for Personal Risk Services, Commercial Insurance, Agribusiness, and Leisure Travel.
CISA is expanding and seeking a motivated and energetic Marketing Specialist to support projects directed at maximizing company profit and marketing campaigns. Excellent organizational skills are a main requirement for this team member who must be able to multi-task and independently prioritize responsibilities. A professional demeanor, attention to detail and positive attitude are a must.
Key Responsibilities :
The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for assisting in organizing campaigns and developing marketing strategies. The Marketing Specialist will also assist with customer relationship management (CRM) strategies and technologies to manage and analyze customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle, with the goal of improving business relationships with customers, assisting in customer retention and driving sales growth.
This work will be a critical factor for the smooth operation of the marketing department and the attainment of its goals, as well as for the long-term growth of this dynamic, customer-oriented growing company. Responsibilities include: * Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
Supporting marketing executives in organizing various projects and promotional activities
Conducting and organizing market research and analyzing questionnaires
Employing marketing analytics techniques to gather and disseminate important data (social media, web analytics, statistical, financial and non-financial information)
Assisting in the organization of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns to facilitate success
Composing and posting online content on the company’s website and social media accounts
Writing marketing literature to augment the company’s presence in the market
Communicating directly with internal and external clients and encouraging trusting relationships
Organizing and hosting presentations
Assisting in the development and execution of a CRM strategy that will give customer-facing staff detailed information on customers' target market business and growth opportunities. Compiling information on customers across different channels -- or points of contact between the customer and the company -- which could include the company's website, telephone, direct mail, marketing materials and social media
W orking closely with employees in other functions, such as production, sales and distribution
Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills
Quantitative analysis and comfort with reading, compiling and presenting data
Understand how offline marketing can integrate with online marketing
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
Education and Experience :
Bachelor degree required; Experience in underwriting or marketing is a strong advantage
At least 2 years of industry experience in marketing insurance and advising clients on insurance programs and products preferred
All statutorily required insurance license(s) must be in good standing
