Advance preparation of loss ratio identification, underwriting document updates, preliminary renewal rating and general organization of the files for your communication with the applicable Underwriter for renewal actions and quote preparation.Compile, prioritize, and process agent/insured service requests in a timely and accurate manner to assure business practices are met, and you are meeting the servicing needs of our clients.Adherence, accountability and ownership to your designated accounts and the accounts applicable to your team/program(s)Works closely with underwriter(s) to assure cohesiveness within the Underwriting group/team/Unit. Implement efficiencies.Support the K&K carrier transition; support K&K/Affinity Diversity & Inclusion.Coordinate training of the Business Unit Underwriting Assistant personnel.Oversee Assistant training materials in current and updated format and deliver these materials to new hires.Communicate all pertinent changes/updates that affect the servicing of accounts to the underwriters and management.Assist in projects directed by the Unit VP or Unit Mgr/Dir when requested.Maintain overall file storage/cabinet transitions, overseeing file transition to offsite status when required annually and maintenance of prospect files/retention.Skills and experience that will lead to successP&C license required or must be able to secure within six months of hire.Strong written and verbal communication skills necessary to communicate in a professional manner with clients and the marketplaceAnalytical skills – problem solvingAbility to work in fast pace environmentEducation: High School Diploma or equivalent. The salary range for this position is $40,000-$48,000 annually. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
