This position will support Aon’s K&K Insurance Group. Aon is in the business of better decisions At Aon, we shape decisions for the better to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world. As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive, diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed. What the day will look likeUnderwrites Multi-line accounts in accordance with agreed upon underwriting guidelines, regulatory compliance and carrier administration standards/requirements (standard / non-standard market)Deliver high quality /accuracy of the product for client’s new and or existing accountsUse sound judgment and independent thinking to achieve the maximum result within authority and state guidelinesIdentify premium growth opportunities with current book product cross sell offeringDirect client sales skillsCollect/monitor competitive intelligence on all key competitors within assigned areas; anticipate client’s needs by contributing to research and development of products /endorsementsWork with underwriting team to organize and prepare rating information in carrier system(s)Work within the E&S market, as appropriate.Place coverage for international exposures from time-to-time.Works independently with moderate guidance and supervisionActively seeks out new and challenging projectsPerforms other duties as requiredRequired Skills and Experience1-5 years handling P&C Commercial package insurance.Multi-line commercial lines product knowledge.Strong written and verbal communication skills necessary to communicate in a professional manner with clients and the marketplaceDirect client sales skillsAnalytical skills – problem solvingAbility to work in fast pace environmentP&C and A&H Licenses required or must be able to secure within six months of hire.Education: Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience preferred. The salary range for this position is $50,000-$55,000 annually. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
